Eat List Star

Super Farmers was commissioned by Mediacorp's culinary talent scouting program, "Eat List Star" to create a farm-to-table workshop and event that would also promote the program's budding chef finalists.



Working closely with Mediacorp's Foodies department, finalists Tim Ong and Charlotte Drouas and APS Lifestyle Gallery, we transformed the APS cooking studio into a mini edible jungle filled with edible trees and plants. After our urban farming workshop, our microgreens and herbs were harvested by the chefs to be showcased in mouth-watering dishes that busy urbanites could easily recreate at home. 

Participants each brought home their growing project and a growing kit, together with Mediacorp momentos. Lucky winners also walked away with kitchen appliances by APS. It was A Perfect Saturday indeed! 

The Eat List Star program series premiered on Toggle and finally crowned its winner in March 2017.
