Shipping Destinations
-We deliver our live products (eg. Herb Pots) within Singapore only
-We are able to deliver to most parts of mainland Singapore & Sentosa, except offshore islands and military grounds.
-We welcome overseas orders for delivery within Singapore
Delivery Service
-We engage a third party delivery team to ensure time efficiency
-We time our production sessions and shipments to ensure that plants don't linger in transit over the weekend.
-Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will try our best to resolve any issues that might occur. However, we are not able to guarantee the well-being of plants after they have been delivered.
-All repeat deliveries are chargeable at $10 per trip (in the event the recipient isn't home to receive it). Alternatively, we are able to leave the Herb Pot in a secure spot outside the door with the recipient's permission. However we are not liable for any damages once the item has been delivered.
