This upcoming March 2020 school holidays, bond with your child by going on a 'World Tour' with them to learn all about a country's cuisine, cooking techniques and appreciation of its unique taste profiles.
At each country's culinary class, both of you will learn to make symbolic dishes of the country, each with its unique techniques and understanding of taste.
Our Culinary World Tour details are as follows:
JAPAN (18 Mar, Wed, 2.30pm to 5.00pm)

(2) Basic Maki Making
(3) Basic Teriyaki Tofu
ITALY (19 Mar, Thu, 2.30pm to 5.00pm)
(1) Basic Spaghetti Bolognese
(2) Basic Pizza
(3) Basic Pesto
TAIWAN (20 Mar, Fri, 2.30pm to 5.00pm)
(1) Basic Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice)
(2) Basic Sheng Jian Bao (pan-fried pork buns)
(3) Basic Crispy Popcorn Chicken
Some of the dishes may contain allergens such as nuts, eggs, milk, meat and seafood. Parents who are concerned must let us know of any allergies and are required to sign an indemnity form before the class commences
