URBAN FARMING KIT

What are the benefits of microgreens?  Microgreens are nutrient power houses packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that supplement our bodies to better meet the demands of our modern lifestyles and prevent health problems. Despite their small size, microgreens contain much higher nutrient levels than mature vegetables. They also provide an easy and convenient solution to ensuring you and your loved ones get your daily dose of fresh greens! 
How can I incorporate microgreens into my diet?  Microgreens have aromatic flavours and are best consumed raw soon after they are harvested. Think sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, juices or garnishing warm dishes such as soups, stir-fries and curries. The options are endless! How to care for my microgreens? Each Kit comes with a Growing Guide that has easy-to-follow instructions and illustrations. Your microgreens simply require indirect sunlight (indoors) and should be watered once a day. 
Where are your seeds from?  Our seeds are non-GMO and non-coated and are responsibly sourced from farms across Singapore and Malaysia. 
Community impact  Each Urban Farming Kit is lovingly assembled and packed by seniors from vulnerable and low-income backgrounds. This employment initiative provides financial support to cover their fundamental expenses (rental and food) and enables them to live independently and actively in the community. Is there any expiry for the Urban Farming Kits? The Urban Farming Kits have a shelf life of 3-5 months from the time of delivery. 
What is inside each Urban Farming Kit  Inside each earth-friendly paper pot, you will find a bag of organic soil, 2 simple to grow seed sticks and a growing guide. 

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment via PayPal, PayNow, debit and credit cards. 
Do you sell gift cards?  Yes we do, kindly enquire at hello@super-farmers.com to purchase. 



DELIVERY

When will I receive my order? We deliver on the date you have chosen (Saturdays) between 10am to 10pm. For certain periods with high volume of deliveries, we may deliver one day earlier (Fridays).  Please note that our cut-off timing for same-week delivery is 4pm on Wednesdays. All orders made after that will be batched for the following week's delivery. For urgent orders, please opt for self-collection and communicate with us about your preferred collection date and time (we cannot guarantee we can fulfill your date/time but we always try our best!) Currently, we do not offer specific delivery timings as deliveries are handled by a third party logistics solution. However, if on-demand delivery is required, please let us know 48 hours in advance via Whatsapp or email. Third party on-demand charges will apply.  
Can I change delivery to self-collection after the order is placed?  Please connect with us via Whatsapp message +65 87488556 (no calls please!) for any changes. A refund for the delivery fee can be arranged upon switching to self-collection. We will always try to accommodate your request as best we can provided the order is not already out for delivery. 
Can I opt for self-collection?  Yes! We welcome self-collections for online orders from 8am to 8pm daily. Pick-up instructions will be emailed to you once your order is ready for collection. ORDERS

I would like to send my order as a gift. What do I do? To send your order as a gift, enter the shipping address and mobile number of your recipient (so that they will be informed of the delivery). Enter your email to track the delivery. To include a special note to your order, please type in a short message of no more than 25 words into the "Add a Note to your Order" form. 
What is the return policy? Due to the delicate and sensitive nature of the seeds (exposure to heat and sunlight), we do not offer refunds or exchanges. As we are using untreated non-GMO seeds, improper storage may cause the seeds to grow moldy. Please contact us immediately if you spot any mold growing on the seeds. How do I make changes regarding an order I've already placed?  We can assist you with sufficient notice prior to delivery. Please connect with us via email at hello@super-farmers.com reagarding order enquiries or Whatsapp message +65 87488556 (no calls please!). 
Do you offer bulk purchases? Yes we do! Bulk purchase of individual Urban Farming Kits is available at $9.90 each in lots of 10 pieces. You may choose a combination of Kang Kong, Chye Sim, Chinese Kale, Beetroot and Broccoli. Each bulk purchase is delivered to a single address. For delivery to more than 1 address, kindly enquire directly with us to arrange delivery (chargeable at a flat fee of $5 per location).

Team Bonding sessions  We offer Coporate Team Bonding sessions for your organisation. Please connect with us via email at hello@super-farmers.com to enquire about our corporate packages and rates. 
Corporate orders  We offer special customisation services for our products (logos, stickers, etc.) and personalised care kits according to your team's needs. Please send us an email at hello@super-farmers.com with the order quantity and delivery date.
